Our chocolates are made of raw, unroasted cocoa beans. They are ground and conched in
temperatures below 45°C, which allows the beans to retain all their natural antioxidants and richness.
This chocolate is dairy and gluten free, and does not contain any lecithin or preservatives. It is sweetened with coconut blossom sugar which has an exceptionally low glycemic index.
All ingredients in Raw Cocoa chocolate are organic and come from certified ecological farming.
